Under the guidance of the leading group of epidemic prevention and control, the school has responded quickly and positively, and has taken many measures to take the initiative to prevent and control the epidemic. We will work with students in education management and service, and make every effort to be "examiners" of epidemic prevention and control.
Strengthen the sense of responsibility and pool the working force
According to the overall work arrangement of the school's epidemic prevention and control leading group, the student work department (Division) led the establishment of the student epidemic prevention and control working group, formulated the student epidemic prevention and control working group plan, and made clear responsibilities, tasks and specific requirements for the student epidemic prevention and control work of each college. According to statistics, as of March 30, there were 214 students in our school participating in the volunteer service of epidemic prevention and control, including 33 student party members and 43 activists. 2. Strengthen ideological guidance and strengthen the confidence in prevention and control
Focusing on network education, the work plan for strengthening ideological education of students during epidemic prevention and control was formulated to ensure that ideological education of students continued online during epidemic prevention and control.

Aiming at different objects such as counselors, students, student party members and student cadres, the targeted WeChat official account was published at different stages through the student work department.
At the early stage of the outbreak, a column of "epidemic prevention and control" will be set up immediately, and tweets such as "safe new year, you have a safety reminder from the counselor" will be released to guide all colleagues in the academic and engineering front to fully understand the importance, urgency and arduousness of the epidemic prevention and control work, and implement the task of epidemic prevention and control one by one.
During the period of epidemic situation, we released such tweets as "the epidemic is inevitable, beilizhu counselor read the letter from the Party branch of the Ministry of education, and felt the sense of delaying the start of school without suspension", so as to enhance the ideological identity, protection awareness and confidence of the majority of Counselors and students; launched the online activity that I am a commitment person to fight against the epidemic situation, and guided the education of students' correct and positive attitude towards prevention and control; before and after the start of school, we launched "No The same spring semester, the constant learning heart "and other tweets, gathered the positive energy of epidemic prevention and control propaganda; the WeChat official account of various professional colleges widely publicized the knowledge of epidemic prevention, school work and student anti epidemic deeds, spreading positive energy and developing the main theme.
Organize all teachers and students to watch the first lesson of our school. On the basis of self watching, 14 branch venues were set up to organize nearly 7000 people from all professional colleges, including Vice Presidents of academic work, all counselors, student party members, students' development objects, student activists, student cadres and the Youth League Committee of the University, the student union of the University, and the student cadres of the university level associations. We will actively integrate humanistic care into epidemic prevention and control, carry out psychological assistance, and guide teachers, students and the public to do a good job in personal psychological protection. In January 27th, the novel coronavirus pneumonia hotline was launched to provide psychological support and services to teachers and students and social needs. Du Junpeng and Jiang Meng, nearly ten teachers, signed up for the social psychological assistance project of "sea heart flower" social and psychological assistance in Zhuhai city and new communities of urban and rural communities, to help people to prevent, slow down and control the social psychological impact of the epidemic.
5. Implement targeted funding and care for students in epidemic areas
We launched the emergency rescue mechanism for epidemic situation, and distributed two epidemic care subsidies to the students currently living in Hubei Province; carried out the distribution of state grants and other funds in the second semester of 2019-2020 academic year on time; provided temporary living subsidies to the students with family economic difficulties who were infected by epidemic disease or their immediate family members according to their difficulties; provided free masks to the students without purchasing channels, To ensure the basic needs of students with financial difficulties in school families.
