1、 Team overview
Research platform and research direction. The vehicle electric drive and intelligent team of Beijing University of technology is subordinate to the National Engineering Laboratory of electric vehicles led by academician sun Fengchun. The team is committed to the academic research and technical development in the fields of vehicle electric drive system design and optimization, distributed hub / wheel edge electric drive, chassis dynamics control and energy management, vehicle intelligent decision-making and control, battery heat and safety management, etc.
Historical heritage and academic support. The National Engineering Laboratory of electric vehicles where the team works is one of the earliest units engaged in electric vehicle research in China. As early as the late 1950s, the laboratory began to introduce the Soviet made electric drive military vehicles for electric drive research. Since 1992, he has participated in the research and development of electric vehicles organized by the former national defense science and engineering Commission. Since the eighth five year plan, it has been supported by the Ministry of science and technology, the Ministry of industry and information technology, the Ministry of general equipment and the Beijing municipal government, and has accumulated rich research results in the research, industrialization and demonstration operation of electric vehicles.
Scientific research and development and social services. Team members have successfully developed more than 20 kinds of electric vehicles, including pure electric tourist bus, pure electric low floor bus, hybrid electric tourist bus, fuel cell car, pure electric car, among which 10 kinds of complete vehicle products are listed in China's national automobile product announcement. The key parts and components of electric vehicles with independent intellectual property rights, such as the motor and controller of continuous current increasing magnetism, the drive system of permanent magnet synchronous motor, the integrated mechanical automatic transmission system of electric drive, and the standardized battery system supporting rapid replacement, have been developed. In the history of the Olympic Games, the zero emission electric bus project in the central area has been implemented for the first time, which has fulfilled the commitment of the Chinese government, achieved the highest goal of "zero anchor of Olympic Day and night service", produced significant response and positive evaluation at home and abroad, and was praised by the state. Relevant technical achievements have been applied in batches in Shanghai World Expo, Guangzhou Asian Games and "ten cities and one thousand vehicles" project. Up to now, the laboratory has formed a perfect technical system, with the technology of electric motor, battery and electric pile charging as the core, which has been popularized and applied in many cities mainly in Beijing.

2、 Recruitment conditions
It is proposed to recruit 2-3 postdoctoral researchers. The discipline background is vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation control, etc. it is preferred to have the background consistent with the research and development field of the team. During his stay in the station, he mainly engaged in scientific research work related to distributed electric drive and control, energy management of new energy vehicles, intelligent decision-making and planning of vehicles, etc.
The specific requirements are as follows:
1) First class universities or research institutions at home and abroad have obtained doctoral degree or successfully passed the defense of doctoral dissertation;
2) In principle, the age shall not be more than 35 years old, and the person who intends to apply for post doctoral innovative talent support plan shall not be more than 31 years old;
3) Have the experience of SCI journal paper publishing in this discipline, or have good engineering practice ability of automobile projects;
4) Good communication and communication skills, able to independently lead the team to complete scientific research tasks;

3、 Benefits
1) salary
The salary and treatment of postdoctoral personnel shall be handled in accordance with the relevant policies of the University. The salary system is composed of three parts: basic annual salary, performance incentive of the research group and five insurances and one fund of the unit. The specific level shall be assessed according to the academic level of the candidates. The school's basic annual salary is 180000-500000 yuan, and it has been selected into the post doctoral innovation talent support plan and the post doctoral international exchange plan (introduction project). On the basis of the school salary, the state subsidizes 200000 yuan / person / year, and the maximum annual salary can reach 700000 yuan. In addition, the university provides an extra training allowance of 60000 yuan per year for foreign postdoctors.

The system engineering technology system of "electric vehicle charging / changing power station remote real-time monitoring" in China has been established. Li Junqiu, associate professor and doctoral supervisor of School of machinery and vehicle, Beijing University of technology, has been engaged in scientific research, key technology development and engineering application of electric vehicle dynamics control, vehicle electric drive integration and integrated control, hybrid power energy management and battery management for a long time. Presided over a number of vertical subjects and major horizontal projects of scientific and technological cooperation, such as general projects of the National Nature Fund, national defense pre research, Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission. The comprehensive control system and high-voltage battery management system for electric drive of a tracked vehicle have been developed, and the 3000km road driving assessment has been completed for the first time in China; the wheel drive axle and electric wheel of heavy vehicles have been developed, and the distributed electric drive chassis of multi axle super heavy vehicles has been developed, and the 16000km road driving assessment has been completed for the first time in China. Sun Chao, special researcher and doctoral supervisor of School of mechanics and vehicles, Beijing University of technology, postdoctoral of University of California and Berkeley, is committed to the research of intelligent new energy vehicles, nonlinear optimization and control, machine learning prediction and application.
