The days are already tight, and Yunlong's entering high school has undoubtedly added new pressure to his family. At this time, the arrival of the school's visiting teachers brought hope to the family. Wang Yunlong became the "No.78 pearl student" in the aijihui pearl class of Ningxia Yucai Middle School in 2011, and Yunlong and his family got some breathing opportunities, not to be defeated by poverty. Because of poverty, the Yunlong family is also the target of national targeted Poverty Alleviation Policies.

Back in 2018, Yunlong graduated and successfully enrolled in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. At this time, the poverty situation of Yunlong family was greatly improved. The two sisters had a relatively stable job. From 2011 to 2018, seven years have changed their family's life. Yunlong took the initiative to discuss with his father to give up the qualification of "targeted poverty alleviation" and leave it to more people in need. At the beginning of 2019, the Yunlong family took the initiative to get rid of poverty and gave up the qualification of targeted poverty alleviation to enjoy relevant national policies.
After the situation of Yunlong family was improved, he was always concerned about helping more people in need. "Many families may encounter a difficult time at a certain stage, when they can get help from the outside world and make them stand up better.". Pledging a pearl student is what Yunlong planned to do before graduation. In 2019, less than a year after graduation, he discussed with his girlfriend at that time, now his wife, to put this matter into action. Unexpectedly, he received great support. "If you want to donate, let's donate." so they immediately agreed and claimed a pearl. Talking about here, he has a warm tone and a soft mood.

And I believe that waiting for the Yunlong family will be a better future.
03 change yourself and bring change to more people
The change took place in Yunlong's family, and Yunlong, through himself, brought the change to the soil and water that nourished him to grow up.
Maybe it's because of the help from the society and the country when I was young. Different from the confusion of ordinary college students when they choose a job, Yunlong thought about going back to his hometown when he was a sophomore or a junior. "Float outside, always want to go back.". The water and soil in his hometown always concern him. "Even if I have worked outside for two years and improved myself, I still want to go home", "if I want to go back, I can do something real for my hometown", he said.
In this way, with the seed of nurturing his hometown, Yunlong successfully passed the examination, became the "selected student" of Ningxia Organization Department of his hometown, and opened the road of his grassroots work. However, the starting point is the most basic grass-roots work. Yunlong is specialized in discipline inspection in villages and towns, mainly responsible for Discipline Inspection and supervision, discipline enforcement and supervision. He needs to investigate and deal with all kinds of phenomena that infringe on the interests of the masses according to their demands for letters and visits. Sometimes a case investigation has not progressed for several months, with numerous clues and complicated collection of evidence, so it is necessary to be careful and endure loneliness. "Such a job involves the interests of the people. I must pay close attention to it. In the process of investigation, I will not be biased or biased, and I will do things fairly." Said Yunlong firmly.

What's more, Wang Yunlong also undertook the poverty alleviation of three migrant workers. He first understood the income situation of the three helpers, and then used the propaganda of employment and Poverty Alleviation Policies to help them. Of course, in such a work, there will be confusion and frustration. In his help, he once encountered many jobs and positions recommended by coordination resources, but the assisted objects either felt that the working time was too long or that the work was too hard. In the face of such incomprehension, he still does not give up. He always insists on guiding and looking for resources, expecting to find the work that they are competent and willing to do.
When it comes to the future, Yunlong mentions that no matter where you are, it is the most important thing to do your job well. "At the grassroots level, we should do our best to help solve the needs of serving the masses, which is the most meaningful thing.".
Yunlong is improving environmental health
From the recipients of targeted Poverty Alleviation Policies to the grassroots builders who are now helping people, general manager Yunlong modestly said that he has only been in touch with the work for a short time and has not done much. However, the reality is that from being helped to helping people, from enjoying welfare policies to being the builders of his hometown, Yunlong has brought changes to the soil and water that nourishes him.
In the interview between Xiaoxin and Yunlong, he always took the initiative to say, "if you need my support in Ningxia, remember to find me." he always felt the passionate heart that he was willing to dedicate and convey love and kindness. He practiced the Pearl born spirit of "special gratitude and special help" with wordless actions.

And the change of children in the Ningxia Mountain area is not the only one, but also happening in more pearl babies.
Since 2007, Zhejiang Xinhua love education foundation has introduced the project of "Pearl recovery plan" into the local area under the recommendation of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region overseas Chinese Federation. In the 12 years to 2019, with the support of caring people from all walks of life, a total of 18.045 million yuan has been invested in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and 2406 people have benefited from zhenzhusheng.
